Stay Over EP Release Plan and strategy

My team created a compelling release plan and strategy for the artist Stay Over and his latest unreleased EP that highlighted mental health and was “written for his past self.”

The plan included:

  • Creative assets (teaser/trailer, stories, posts, music video) that aligned with Stay Over’s vision for the EP and supported the momentum of the release strategy

  • Final (full) budget breakdown

  • Distribution Plan

    • Physical: vinyl (Diggers’ Factory) and CDs (Discmasters) on demand, preorders

    • Digital: Tunecore (Spotify, Apple Music, etc)

    • Patreon and Bandcamp

  • Release and preparation plan including a 5-month calendar breakdown

  • Marketing & promotional aspects

    • Social media filters inspired by EP and singles artwork

    • “Stay over” packages for influencers and press (journal, pens, crayons, keychain)

    • Release party (Drive-in music video premiere and live performances by Stay Over)

    • Partnership with Project Healthy Minds in the spirit of the EP for mental health awareness
